If you are local to St. George, we offer a store pick up option. We ask for 2 days to process your order, but we often will have in ready in less than 24 hours. It will be available for you at the Customer Service desk to the right of the front doors at Hurst General Store.
Returns + Exchanges
Unwashed and unworn regular priced items can be returned. We are not responsible for return shipping. Must be postmarked within fourteen days of your order. Tags must be attached and please include your invoice. Items returned with new stains and smells will not be refunded. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.Swim can only be returned for shop credit. If you have questions on sizing please email or DM us on Instagram!
We are happy to exchange your item for a new size or style, but this process will not start until we have received your items. Please contact us with your new order so we can be ready!
STORE PICK UP ITEMS: If you are local, anything bought online cannot be returned in store at the register. If you would like to drop off your return instead of mail it back, please follow the steps listed below and include your order number or packing slip with the package. We do not prefer this method, as store employees are not trained to help with online returns, but we will do our best to insure your return gets into the right hands.
